Back on January 24, 2012, a Grand Jury (United
States Of America v. Fahad Nabeel Hussein Al-Daous,
criminal No. :12-CR-005) charged Fahad Nabeel
Hussein Al-Daous with Count 1 - (False Statement
to the Federal Aviation Administration).
On or about May 21, 2011, in the Southern
District of Iowa and elsewhere, in a matter
within the jurisdiction of the Federal Aviation
Administration, an agency of the United States,
Fahad Nabeel Hussein Al-Daous, did knowingly and
willfully make and cause to be made a false,
fraudulent, and fictitious material statement
and representation; that is, in an Airman
Certificate and/or Rating Application (FAA Form
8710-1), Al-Daous falsely inflated the number of
Pilot in Command flight hours and Cross Country
Pilot in Command flight hours he had completed.
This is a violation of Title 18, United States
Code, Section 1001 (a)(2).
COUNT 2 - (False Statement to the Federal
Aviation Administration) on or about May 27,
2011, Fahad Nabeel Hussein Al-Daous, did
knowingly and willfully make and cause to be
made a false, fraudulent, and fictitious
material statement and representation; that is,
in an Airman Certificate and/or Rating
Application (FAA Form 8710-1), Fahad Nabeel
Hussein Al-Daous falsely inflated the number of
Pilot in Command flight hours and Cross Country
Pilot in Command flight hours he had completed.
